FURTHER CLARIFICATION ABOUT SARAH PALIN'S FAITH

I received an e-mail from an Assemblies of God missionary friend a short time ago.  He shared some information indicating that while Sarah Palin definitely grew up in the Assemblies of God, and definitely would be considered to have a strong Assemblies of God background, it would probably not be completely accurate to give her that label today.  According to his information, Sarah Palin attends several churches, some but not all Assemblies of God.  The church she most commonly attends is non-denominational and it appears she's most comfortable being considered non-denominational. 

That information is certainly helpful and clarifying.  However, it does not take away from the fact that she DID speak at a recent District Council of the Alaska Assemblies of God, and that the man who was her youth pastor many years ago, as well as the pastor of an AG church in Juneau where she has attended recently did lay hands on her and pray for her.
